The Black Swans Private Members Association is a group of like-minded friends and associates who have come together to trade ideas and education between the members. We assert our right to Privacy, and our right to elect our jurisdiction, and our right to trade amongst ourselves, Freely, as is the Natural Right of all men and women placed here in this realm by their Creator.
